*If you notify us on or before May 31, 2024, that you wish to withdraw your application, your deposit will be refunded within five days of our receipt of your notification. If your application has been accepted, absent your confirmation to attend and full payment or your notice to withdraw your application by May 31, 2024, your deposit becomes non-refundable and will be considered a donation.

Amount due after acceptance and $1,600 deposit has been paid. Due June 15.

*If, after acceptance and your confirmation, you cancel your participation in the 2024 Classic after June 15, 2024 for any reason,there will be no refund as commitments will have been made for clothing, rooms, meals, etc.

*Note: Payments for participation in the 300SL Classic are fully tax deductible, less the cost of goods and services received. The estimated amount based on last year's event is 40%. At the conclusion of the rally, we will send you a letter informing you of the amount of goods and services you received and the net amount that is tax deductible.

Donations for 300SL Classic sponsorships are 100% tax deductible.
