Your completed application and your deposit must both be received no later than June 1, 2024
ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATIONS
We will be sending out acceptance and waitlist notifications by email no later than June 1, 2024. If accepted, your confirmation and full payment of the balance owing must be made no later than June 15, 2024. As with prior years, we fully expect to have a waitlist and if your confirmation and full payment are not received by June 15, 2024, we will offer your space to the next person on our waitlist. We anticipate resolving the final participant roster by June 30, 2024. Any remaining waitlist deposits will be returned at that time.

2024 Rally Participation Cost
$10,000 – all meals and lodging (double occupancy), mechanic and luggage support for September 29, 2024 – Oct 4, 2024. If you do not receive an email confirmation, we did not receive your online application. If you experience any problems, please contact us at director@300slclassic.org.
TRANSPORT LOGISTICS
The Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Classic is proud to partner with Passport Transport www.passporttransport.com and has secured special group transportation rates for our participants.
For round trip, enclosed transportation of your vehicle, please contact Camille Davis at 417-650-0972; mention you are on the 300 SL Classic to book as soon as possible.
As experienced rally participants, we have often tried to buddy up on shipping with fellow participants in our area. So, if you would like to work with your fellow participants to coordinate transport, please let us know. Once we receive and only when we receive your permission, we'll send an email to like-minded rally members. We will not share names, emails, or phone numbers without your permission out of respect for your privacy. Also, tell us where your car needs to be picked up if it isn't being shipped from the address on your application.
